Today will be sunny but remaining cold in the east. Highs will range from near zero in the east to the 40s in the west. That warm air will move eastward, but will bring windy conditions along with it.
Tomorrow, wind gusts up around 45mph may create some areas of blowing snow across eastern, South Dakota. This snow may stick to highways and streets creating some slippery spots. Tuesday's highs look better then today reaching into the 20s in the east to near 50 degrees in the west.
