An isolated strong thunderstorm northwest of Martin brought this twister to the region Saturday afternoon. Law enforcement in the area reported a tornado on the ground about 4 miles northwest of Swett in Bennett County.
Besides the tornado, the storm was capable of producing hail to the size of tennis balls (2.50") but no confirm reports if any hail that size able to hit the ground.
The thunderstorm and tornado was basically stationary before the storm started to weaken and moved to the northeast into Jackson County.
