South winds brought strong winds along the western and eastern slopes of the Prairie Coteau on Tuesday.  Near zero visibility at times were reported and very slippery conditions were found on the roads.  In Roberts County, part of Interstate 29 was shut down as a semi-tractor and trailer crash occurred, backing up traffic.

The affects of the strong winds still can be found across northeast, South Dakota as the Department of Transportation is reporting many highways with slippery conditions.
