Roads across the state are hazardous to travel on with almost all the highways in western, South Dakota under a no travel advisory.  Slippery, snow covered and icy conditions have been reported across northeast and east-central, South Dakota.  For the latest on road conditions, please visit SafeTravelUsa.com.

The forecast for today is calling for snow, heavy at times with areas of blowing snow and reduce visibilities across the west and north-central, South Dakota.  A mixture of rain and snow expected for the east.  Highs from the mid-20s to near 40 degrees.

Tonight, rain and snow mix that will change over to snow across the southeast with snow and blowing snow elsewhere.  Lows into the teens to mid 20s.

By Sunday, skies will be mostly cloudy with snow and blowing snow likely in the east.  The west will start to see clearing skies mainly under partly cloudy conditions.  Highs in the 20s.
