Impacts from this powerful storm system has been seen across the state today.  From blizzard conditions that have shutdown Interstate 90 to flooding from heavy rains as been seen.  So far, the highest snowfall report has came in from near Norris with 8.2 inches.   The highest rainfall report for Wednesday was in Tyndall with 2.27 inches.  Below is a list of weather reports from across the state...

Flooding Reports:
5S of Centerville: River gage observer reported water covering roadways at the intersection of 302nd Street and SD Highway 19 and the intersection of SD Highway 46 and SD Highway 19.

4NE of Salem: Reports of flooding on township and county roads in the area.  Some flooded basements as well. 

Sioux Falls: Numerous flooding reports across the city of Sioux Falls and Minnehaha County.  Some roads are closed.
