A quick moving clipper system will bring snowfall to eastern, South Dakota today. Snow amounts up to three inches are possible with the highest risk across east-central, South Dakota.
The snow showers are forecast to move out of the state by this evening giving way to partly to mostly cloudy skies for Saturday.
Behind the cold front today, windy conditions are expected with areas of blowing snow possible. This could reduce visibilities and cause some issues on roadway. Use caution if traveling today.
