WESTERN, SOUTH DAKOTA - A couple of places in the plains of western, South Dakota received around an inch of snowfall, but the Black Hills is where you will find higher amounts.
A few miles southeast of Cheyenne Crossing, over a half of a foot of snow was reported. The city of Lead had received three inches of snow and just west of Rapid City near Johnson Siding, 1.3 inches were recorded.
Many of these locations still had snow falling. A complete storm total will be posted later.
