WESTERN, SOUTH DAKOTA - A cold front will move across the state this morning bring a chance of precipitation, gusty northern winds and dropping temperatures.  With the falling temperatures, precipitation is forecast to start as rain and change to snow.

The best risk for accumulating snows will be over the Black Hills where a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for today and into tonight.  Snow amounts of two to four inches, with isolated higher amounts is expected by Sunday morning.
