Slippery Roads Blame for Crash

CORSON COUNTY, SD - Over five inches of snow caused highways in north-central, South Dakota to become slippery and hazardous for motorists. This crash below occurred along US Highway 12 in Corson County occurred Wednesday night.

A semi-tractor and trailer loaded with 42 head of cattle were traveling east on the highway. The driver had lost control of the semi and went into the ditch, through a pasture and finally came to a stop on BNSF's railroad.

The Corson County Sheriff's Office reports that no injuries were sustained from the driver and cattle.
