WESTERN, SOUTH DAKOTA - A storm system along with a cold front will bring a bulk of precipitation over Wyoming and Montana has the potential to sneak a few light snow showers into mainly northwest, South Dakota and into the northern Black Hills for Tuesday afternoon and into Tuesday night and Wednesday morning.  Snow amounts in the northern Black Hills may reach one to two inches, but amount across the plains and elsewhere will be light, if any.

Besides the light snow chances, strong northwest winds are expected once again, bring cooler temperatures for Wednesday.  Wind gust up to 55 to 60mph cannot be ruled out.

By Thursday, temperatures are forecast to warm back up and with dry conditions and mostly sunny skies.
