Another round of light snow is expected today and into this evening. Snow amounts will remain light, staying mainly under two inches with a couple locations in extreme northeast, South Dakota could see up to three inches.
The light snow is expected to move out of the state by tonight giving way to breezy conditions for the eastern half by Tuesday. This could create areas of blowing snow during the day but no major significant impacts to travel is expected.
The next chance of snow comes Wednesday night across northern, South Dakota and spreading to the rest of the state by Thursday.
