SOUTH DAKOTAS WEATHER IS ALWAYS ON OUR RADAR

SOUTH DAKOTA - Saturday brought pheasant weather with warm temperatures and light winds to the state.  By Sunday, the coin flipped giving way to breezy conditions with wind gusts over 50mph.

The strongest winds were found across the north with the strongest wind gust reported in Buffalo in northwest, South Dakota.  A wind gust out of the northwest reached 57mph within the city.  Other locations like McLaughlin in north-central, South Dakota received a wind gust of 55mph.  Between McLaughlin and Buffalo near the town of Ralph in northwest, South Dakota, received a wind gust of 56mph at 8:00am MST.
