Already wind chill readings are in the teens below zero across northeast, South Dakota. Watertown and Sisseton at the 6:00pm CST report were both coming in at 15 degrees below zero. Below zero readings could be found in Madison with eight below and Sioux Falls with six below zero. The western regions of the state are doing better with Rapid City reporting a wind chill of 23 degrees above zero and Philip with 19 above zero and Spearfish with 12 above.
