Blizzard Warnings Posted

A fast-moving cold front is still in the forecast to bring light snow, strong northern winds, areas of blowing snow and very dangerous winds chills to the region tomorrow and into Thursday.

Blizzard Warnings have been posted for northeast and east-central, South Dakota during the day on Wednesday as strong north winds gust up to 45mph is forecast to bring blizzard conditions and significant reduction of visibility.

Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for parts of the northeast, southeast, and into central and north-central, South Dakota, for areas of blowing snow.

Behind the front, frigid wind chills as low as 45 degrees below zero are possible.
